Instead of ceremonial matcha, you get 100 g of culinary matcha — stronger, more herbaceous, with a bitterness that doesn’t disappear when milk is added. The ceramics and tools remain the same: Kai’s blue-and-white glaze is applied by hand, so every cup is unique.
One hundred grams is enough for about a month’s worth of daily lattes, so this is a set that actually gets used, rather than just sitting on a shelf.

Lump-free latte: Dissolve 2–3 g of matcha in 50 ml of hot water, whisk until smooth, then add the milk.
