How to use it

For a latte: 2–3 g dissolved in 50 ml of hot water, whisked until smooth, then add 200 ml of milk. For baking: add to the dry ingredients and sieve together with the flour — otherwise, green lumps will form that you won’t be able to break up with a mixer.
