Culinary Matcha 100 g with accessories

Homemade matcha lattes usually go wrong in the same way: when you tip the powder straight into the milk, it clumps together, and no amount of stirring with a teaspoon will break it up. This set solves both problems at once — it gives you tea that’s strong enough to cut through the milk, and a whisk that turns it into a smooth base.

The set includes

• ZOI culinary matcha, 100 g — full-flavoured, with a bitterness that doesn’t fade when milk is added
• Chasen — a bamboo whisk
• Chashaku – bamboo teaspoon

The order that matters

2–3 g of matcha, 50 ml of hot water, whisk with the chasen until smooth — and only then add 200 ml of milk. Never the other way round. That’s the whole secret to a lump-free latte.
