Bamboo set with ceremonial matcha, 100 g

The same set as the one with 50 g of matcha, just with a bigger pack of tea — for people who already know that matcha is here to stay.

You get the tea and two essential tools. To start with, you can use a wide bowl from your own cupboard instead of a traditional matcha bowl; it’s important that it has a flat base and enough room to move the whisk around.

Included in the set

• ZOI ceremonial matcha, 100 g — approx. 50 cups, intense colour and mild sweetness

• Chasen — bamboo whisk

• Chashaku — bamboo spoon

Here’s how to start: two scoops of matcha, 70 ml of water at 70–80 °C, whisk for twenty seconds in a ‘W’ shape. Do not pour boiling water over it — this is the only mistake that will make the matcha bitter, and there’s no going back once that happens.
